Multiply Parts Expands into a New Manufacturing Facility

We’re growing — and so is our production capacity.

Multiply Parts has officially moved into a new manufacturing facility, tripling our production space and giving us the room to take the next step in the growth of our commercial 3D printing and on-demand manufacturing operations.

The expansion comes as demand continues to grow for flexible alternatives to traditional manufacturing, particularly for businesses that need prototypes, custom parts, short production runs, and scalable manufacturing without large minimum order quantities.

Three Times the Space. More Production Capacity.

Our new facility provides approximately three times the manufacturing space of our previous location, allowing us to expand our 3D printer fleet, improve production flow, increase material and finished-product storage, and dedicate more space to assembly and quality control.

More importantly, the additional space allows us to increase production capacity while maintaining the flexibility that has always been at the core of Multiply Parts.

Whether a customer needs a single prototype, 25 specialized components, or hundreds of production parts, our goal is to provide the same consistent and repeatable manufacturing process.

Built for Short-Run and On-Demand Manufacturing

Multiply Parts was built around a different approach to manufacturing.

Instead of requiring expensive tooling, large minimum orders, and significant inventory commitments, our digital manufacturing infrastructure allows customers to produce what they need, when they need it.

The new facility strengthens that model.

With additional production capacity and an optimized manufacturing workflow, we can run multiple customer projects simultaneously, quickly transition between different products, and scale successful designs as demand increases.

It also gives us greater capacity to support complete product manufacturing, including 3D printing, component sourcing, assembly, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment.

Expanding Our Manufacturing Capabilities

The move is part of a broader investment in the future of Multiply Parts.

We are continuing to expand our equipment, materials, automation, and production capabilities to support increasingly demanding applications—from everyday functional components to engineering materials and production-grade parts.

Our objective is not simply to print more parts. It is to build a scalable Canadian manufacturing platform that helps businesses move faster from design to production.

For startups, product designers, established businesses, and manufacturers, that means a simpler way to test ideas, launch products, manufacture specialized components, and respond to changing demand without committing to traditional mass-production volumes.

The Next Chapter for Multiply Parts

What began with a small number of 3D printers has evolved into a growing commercial manufacturing operation serving customers with prototypes, custom components, short-run production, and complete finished products.

Our new facility gives us the space to continue that evolution.

Three times the space. Greater production capacity. More materials. More possibilities.

And we’re just getting started.
